The student will have to deposit the deposit receipt by depositing the prescribed fee for the specified service at the Bangladesh Open University accredited Janata Bank (RRC and SRC affiliated or Janata Bank branch of Baubi Main Campus). The fee rates are available at http://www.exam.bou.edu.bd.

Apply procedure for Students
Go to the http://www.exam.bou.ac.bd website and click on the Exam Documents menu. You will see a new menu. Click on the menu option for which you have paid the fee.
A new web page will open. Type the student ID here and click on the GO button.
If the student ID is correct, the student’s basic information will be displayed or complete the application from the “Manual Application” option.
Fill in the information for depositing the fee in the bank, select the type of service urgent/general (if applicable) Type an 11-digit mobile number. additionally –
In case of Migration Certificate: In addition to the above-mentioned information, mention the current and permanent address, nationality, and reason for leaving the university.
In case of corrections: Type the student’s name/father’s name, mother’s name/date of birth or the applicable information correctly along with the above information. However, students of programs other than the SSC program will not have the opportunity to correct their date of birth.
Fill all the information carefully and accurately. After filling in all the details, click on the Apply button.
You will see an application form. Print out the application form.
Along with the printed application form, submit the complete application to the RRC or SRC where the student is registered or to the Main Campus by attaching the fee deposit receipt in the bank and the papers mentioned in the form [photocopy of the original ID card with photo (attested) and, if applicable, the marks card, periodical certificate, SSC / JSC examination certificates, newspaper advertisement, photocopy of the GD in the police station].

At the time of receiving the application, the responsible officer will re-verify the application and issue a receipt to the student subject to confirmation of receipt of the application.
Show the receipt to the officer in charge when receiving your test certificates in the future. Along with the photo, the original ID card and, if applicable, the marks card, provisional certificate, SSC / JSC examination certificates should be displayed.
